Where does the cruise begin?
Choose Luxor to Aswan or Aswan to Luxor. The current published schedule starts in Luxor on Saturday and in Aswan on Wednesday. Confirm your sailing and boarding time with our team before making travel arrangements.
Can you arrange my transfer?
The team provides meet-and-assist services from the airport, train station or hotel in Luxor or Aswan. Transfer requirements can be added to your booking request.
What is included in the price?
Your final quotation will specify accommodation, meals, visits, guiding, transfers and any extras. Optional excursions and additional services are charged separately when not included in your confirmed package.
When is my booking confirmed?
A booking request is confirmed only after the required payment has been verified or our reservations team has explicitly confirmed it. A request number alone is not a confirmed reservation.
Can I add services later?
You will be able to request additional excursions, transfers and onboard services from your booking, subject to availability and confirmation.
Can you accommodate dietary or access needs?
Please contact the team before booking so that your requirements can be checked against the facilities and arrangements available on the vessel.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Deposit, balance, cancellation and refund terms must be supplied with your quotation. These operational policies are awaiting approval for the new booking system.
